The Devon Grip Federation was founded in 2024 by owner and strength coach Sam Horn

The main aim of this federation is to bring the sport of Grip to the Southwest of England. We as a federation want to create a safe and welcoming space for everyone to compete in a fun, challenging and rewarding sport with zero barriers to entry. Since its inception in 2024 the DGF has grown in popularity and competitions have more and more competitors at each event. keeping the standards of judging high and many different weight classes to compete in ensures that every competition is fun and exciting.
